Bayangkan saja, rumah tiga lantai yang juga memiliki basement dan hanya memiliki luas 2,7 meter serta panjang 12,8 meter ini, ternyata memiliki berbagai fasilitas kebutuhan rumah tangga yang komplit.

Mulai dari kulkas, kamar mandi pada setiap lantainya, kompor gas, perapian bahkan sebuah taman kecil pada bagian belakang disetiap lantainya.

Selain kondisi rumahnya yang unik, rumah dengan tembok bata merah ini ternyata memiliki sejarah sendiri.

Rumah yang dibangun pada tahun 1800 ini ternyata pernah dihuni oleh orang-orang terkenal, seperti aktor Cary Grant dan John Barrymore, penyair pemenang Pulitzer Edna St Vincent Millay, kartunis William Steig, dan antropolog Margaret Mead.

Sejarah penghuni rumah ini lah yang juga ikut melambungkan harga jualnya.
