Pada hari Minggu, 1 Juni 2008 malam, dalam acara khusus “Well Done Award” yang diselengarakana oleh Yayasan The Kingdom Assignment bertempat di The Grove, Anaheim yang dihadiri sekitar 900 pengunjung Gereja Agape Evangelical Church (AEC) Arcadia dianugrahi “Award” bersama sembilan Gereja dari berbagai Negara Bahagian lain yang berpatisipasi dalam Proyek Kingdom Assignment Proyek Kingdom Assignment dirintis oleh Pdt.Denny Bellesi, pendiri dan mantan Gembala Coast Hills Community Church di Orange County California yang diambil dari pengajaran Tuhan Yesus mengenai perumpamaan talenta dalam Injil Matius 25:14-30. Talenta tersebut adalah harta dan karunia yang Tuhan percayakan kepada hamba-hamba-Nya dan orang-orang percaya untuk dimanfaatkan bagi keluasan Kerajaan Allah di bumi.

Pada bulan Nopember 2000 ketika masih menjabat sebagai gembala Coast Hills Community Church, Pdt. Bellesi memenuhi impiannya dengan melibatkan Jemaatnya melaksanakan perumpamaaan Talenta tersebut di abad modern ini dengan membagikan $10,000.00 kepada seratus orang Anggota Jemaat sambil mengingat bahwa uang tersebut adalah milik Tuhan untuk melakukan sesuatu di luar Gereja sendiri demi keluasan Kerjaan Allah dan dalam waktu 90 hari harus melaporkan apa yang telah dilakukan dengan uang $100.00 tersebut.

Apa yang terjadi selanjutnya hanya Allah yang dapat lakukan; yaitu dimulainya suatu gelombang yang menakjubkan dimana kebajikan, kemurahan hati serta penata-layanan yang berkesinambung telah mempengaruhi kehidupan banyak bangsa melampaui batas benua dari sumber-sumber Allah secara global, termasuk dibentuknya sebuah pusat pengembangan masyarakat (Community Development Center) di pulau Sumba, Indonesia.

Pada malam penganugrahan “Well Done Award” tersebut dengan pemandu acara Adam Christing, Presiden Clean Comedians; selain sepuluh Gereja maka Award tersebut diberikan juga kepada sejumlah individu yang secara pribadi terlibat melaksanakan Proyek Kingdom Assignment termasuk beberapa orang remaja seperti Noah Munck, bintang film Disney dan Shauna Boucher dari Maine yang membentuk organisasi Blood Water Mission melakukan penggalian sumur-sumur untuk mendapatkan air bersih di Afrika. Para orang tua yang membawa anak-anak mereka menghadiri acara “Well Done Award” tersebut sangat terinspirasi karena menyaksikan secara nyata para remaja yang terlibat dalam perluasaan Kerajaan Allah.

Selain para remaja yang memberikan inspirasi tersebut terdapat pula beberapa orang selebriti yang mendapatkan award antara lain; Rudy Ruettiger, mantan pemain football Notre Dame yang riwayat hidupnya pernah dibuat film “Rudy” dan Chris Sligh, salah seoarang finalis American Idol tahun lalu serta tidak ketinggalan anak pendeta dari Australia yang tak bertangan dan kaki namun menjadi motivation speaker yang dikenal di seluruh dunia; Nick Vujivic yang bukan saja memberikan kesaksian yang sangat mengharukan tetapi juga telah menyumbang $10,000.00 untuk proyek Kimngdom Assignment pada malam tersebut.

Jemaat Agape Evangelical Church dapat terlibat dan melaksanakan projek KA tersebut adalah berawal dengan diundangnya Pdt. Bob Jokiman, gembala AEC, menghadiri Pastor Appreciation Luncheon pada pertengahan bulan September 2007 oleh Radio KSGN 89.7 FM di Rivereside. Pada acara makan siang tersebut Pdt. Denny Bellesi menyaksikan dan memperkenalkan projek KA kepada para pendeta yang hadir. Diakhir pertemuan tersebut Pdt. Bellesi membagikan $100.00 kepada setiap pendeta yang hadir. Pdt. Bob juga mengambil $100.00 tanpa mengetahui bahwa dengan $100.00 tersebut akan mengembangkan visi dan misi Gerejanya bersama seluruh Jemaat untuk dilipatgandakannya menjadi hampir $10,000.00 serta disalurkan dan dikirimkan kepada mereka yang membutuhkan di California, Israel, Afrika, Tiongkok dan tanah air sendiri. Namun visi tersebut tidak berhenti sampai di sana. Jika diperkenan Tuhan buku ”The Kingdom Assignment” Denny Bellesi akan diterjemahkan dan diterbitkan dalam bahasa Indonesia untuk dibagikan kepada para pemimpin Gereja di Indonesia. Bersama Denny Belllesi Pdt. Bob dalam waktu singkat akan memperkenalkan dan meluncurkan Proyek Kingdom Assignment ini di beberapa kota di Indonesia. Apabila proyek ini dapat terlaksanan di Indonesia maka akan menolong sangat banyak rakyat Indonesia yang sedang menderita saat ini, apalagi setelah kenaikan harga BBM terakhir.

Dengan dianugrahinya ”Well Done Award” kepada Agape Evangelical Church bukan saja Allah yang telah menyertai dan memimpin AEC sejak berdirinya ada bulan Nopember 2006 dimuliakan tetapi juga sekaligus turut memperkenalkan dan mengharumkan nama Indonesia sebagai Gereja Indonesia yang pertama berpartispasi serta mendapat award di arena pelayanan Internasional tersebut.
